"Welcome to Simulation and Clinical Skills at Medway Foundation Trust. The centre’s focus is providing realistic and safe learning environments in which to train healthcare staff and students.
"Candidates participate in clinical simulation programmes focussed on patient safety and Human Factors (HF), as well as advanced clinical skills training.
"Simulation Based Education (SBE) has been shown to increase patient safety and improve clinical and patient management skills, as training can occur away from the real clinical environment.
"We aim to provide all students with an excellent experience incorporating great clinical exposure, excellent teaching and outstanding pastoral care."
